Taking into consideration that the exchange rate approved by the General Directorate of Taxes (DGII) to carry out the settlement and payment of the tax on Transfers of Industrialized Goods and Services (ITBIS) is the same as the one that the Central Bank publishes as the Average Monthly Exchange Rate for the purchase of foreign currency in the Spot Market.
